CASA of Middlesex County seeks volunteers to serve as advocates for children who have cases in Family Court. Volunteers research and investigate cases involving DYFS children and make recommendations regarding their care and the progress of their cases.
Requirements: Listening, investigating, and writing skills.
Training Provided?: Yes. CASA provides extensive training and ongoing supervision.

The Superior Court of NJ - Union Vicinage currently has 30 openings in several different programs and departments, including the Juvenile Conference Committee, the Child Placement Review Board, and the Advisory Committee on Minority Concerns. Citizen Schools of New Jersey is a leading not-for-profit that specializes in middle school afterschool education, and is looking for volunteers to help run their WOW programs. More information can be found at www.citizenschools.org/volunteer.
