All participating schools must first pay a Pre-Registration fee of $125.00 per State for the General House of Representatives and Senate Committees. Every state is represented in each of the House of Representatives and Senate Committees. Schools may also Pre-Register for one or more of RMC's Advanced Committees at no additional charge. Pre-Registration fees are not refundable under any circumstances.

Rutgers Model Congress charges an $90.00 admission fee per student. If students commute to RMC, this is the only charge for which they are responsible. The admission fee covers admission to all conference events, speakers, and administrative costs. For schools requiring accommodations at RMC, there is an additional $155.00 per student hotel fee that covers three nights lodging (quad-occupancy) at the Hyatt Regency New Brunswick or an auxiliary facility. Therefore, students sleeping at RMC will be charged $245.00 for admission to the conference. This fee does not include student transportation to and from the conference or any food over the course of the four-day event.

Faculty advisor conference fees total $450.00, including hotel room and conference admission. The hotel fee totals $112 per night, the federal per diem rate for Middlesex County, New Jersey. Advisor conference fees total $114, and include admission to conference events, IDIA's professional Development Program, faculty socials, and refreshments. Up to four faculty members may share one sleeping room at no additional cost.

Final Registration Fees are due approximately one month prior to RMC. IDIA will not refund any funds, for any reason, after April 1, 2011.

IDIA strongly believes that no student or school should be prevented from attending our programs because of financial limitations. For information on financial assistance, please contact us at
